Multiplex Development in BC
For those navigating the policy changes that the “Home for People Action Plan” legislature effects, please see the links below. Multiplex zoning, ADU’s (Accessory Dwelling Units), and other more dense styles of homes are being allowed across BC. The ball is now in the hands of the municipalities to. They are taking the policy manual you can download below and determining exactly how they will implement it into their existing zoning bylaws. These changes will come into effect on or before June 30, 2024.
