Panorama Ridge is a Surrey neighbourhood on the ridge between Newton and Cloverdale, bounded roughly by 64 Avenue (north), the Highway 10 / 56 Avenue corridor (south), 128 Street (west), and 144 Street (east). The neighbourhood sits at one of the higher elevations in the western half of Surrey: the ridge produces genuine view inventory, with south-facing parcels looking across the Fraser Valley to Mount Baker on clear days.
