BC Property Transfer Tax — every change since 2016
The BC Property Transfer Tax has been amended several times in the past decade — the top-bracket rate, the surcharge foreign buyers pay, and the thresholds for both the First-Time Home Buyer and Newly Built exemptions have all moved. This page lists every change, newest first, with the citation for each one.
