Who you are agreeing with

This site is run by Bronson Job Personal Real Estate Corporation (“Bronson Job PREC”, “we”). Bronson Job is a REALTOR® licensed by the BC Financial Services Authority, with Momentum Realty Inc. When you agree, you make the promises below to Bronson Job PREC, Bronson Job, Momentum Realty Inc. and the real estate boards. The boards are Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board and the BC Northern Real Estate Board.

What you confirm

• You have received, read and understood the British Columbia Real Estate Association's “Privacy Notice and Consent” form.
• You are entering into a lawful REALTOR®/consumer relationship with Bronson Job.
• You have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing the kind of property shown on this site.
• You are registering for yourself, as a consumer. You are 19 or older, and the details you give us are true.

How you may use the listing data

“Listing data” means everything you get through the members-only search, including Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) listings and sold prices. It is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree that you will not, and will not let or help anyone else, directly or indirectly:

• copy, redistribute or retransmit any listing data;
• show, post, share, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or license any of it to anyone else;
• scrape it (including screen and database scraping), data-mine it, or do anything else meant to collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate it or related data;
• get around the sign-in, the result limits or any other protection on this site.

That includes pasting it into an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot.

Who owns the data

The boards own the listing data and listing information. You acknowledge that ownership, and that the boards' proprietary rights and copyright in it are valid.

The boards can check

You expressly allow the boards, and anyone they authorize, to access this site and the information you give us. They may do this to check that these terms and all applicable rules, regulations, bylaws, policies and laws are followed, and to enforce them.

Your account

Keep your username and password to yourself. The board rules make access to sold prices last 30 days at a time. To renew it, you set a new password and confirm it from an email we send you. Your saved homes and searches keep working in between. We may suspend or close your account at any time, for example if you break these terms or a board asks us to.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information. By agreeing, you consent to it. That includes sharing your information with the boards for audit and legal purposes. We may email you about your account and about any listings or searches you ask us to follow. We keep your name, email address and username while you have access, and for at least 180 days after it ends.

What these terms do not do

These terms cost you nothing. They do not make Bronson your agent. Any agreement for him to represent you would be a separate, clearly labelled document.

Accuracy and limits

The boards consider listing information reliable but do not guarantee it, and neither do we. Check anything important before you rely on it. As far as the law allows, we and the boards are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to $100 (Canadian).

Everything else

British Columbia law governs these terms, and British Columbia courts decide any dispute. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again. Questions? Email privacy@bronsonjob.com.
