The approved master plan calls for ~4.5 million sq ft of mixed-use construction across 13 high-rise towers, 2,600+ residential units, expanded retail, civic, library, performing arts, and community-centre uses, all crowned by a 9-acre rooftop park (the largest of its kind in Canada). Phased completion runs 2026–2028, with first towers delivering in 2026. Cambie Corridor Plan Phase 3 (City of Vancouver, adopted May 2018) is the policy framework that enabled the project's density.
