Latimer is a neighbourhood of Willoughby in the Township of Langley. The Township's boundary runs from about 73A Avenue to 85 Avenue and from 196 Street to about 205 Street, with 200 Street through the middle. In the Township's parcel data, 1,912 of its 2,980 parcels are in comprehensive development zones, 743 are small R-CL lots with a median of about 2,900 square feet, and 192 are larger SR-2 lots with a median of about 52,800 square feet. At the north end is the Vesta Latimer Heights plan, with the Towers at Latimer Heights, which Vesta calls Langley's first two high-rise concrete towers.

Latimer is covered by the Township's Willoughby Community Plan (Bylaw 6201) and the Willoughby Transit Corridor Plan (Bylaw 6202), both adopted on June 15, 2026. They propose a bus rapid transit line down the middle of 200 Street, with hubs at 76, 80 and 84 Avenue on Latimer's stretch of the street.
