Two Millennium Line SkyTrain stations anchor the corridor: Burquitlam Station (Coquitlam, opened December 2, 2016 with the Evergreen Extension) and Lougheed Town Centre Station (Burnaby, a Millennium and Expo Line interchange). By the September 2026 TransLink schedule, Burquitlam to Lougheed Town Centre is 3 minutes and Burquitlam to Commercial-Broadway is 22 minutes. The Expo Line then reaches Waterfront in 9 minutes.
Route 143 runs between Burquitlam Station and the SFU transit exchange in about 11 minutes, every 12 minutes on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
